HEATHERWOOD/ROBINSON HOLLOW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Relocation Information

Resource List

Dear New Neighbor,

On behalf of the Heatherwood/Robinson Hollow Homeowner’s Association (HWRHA),  we  welcome you to the neighborhood!

HWRHA is a group of very friendly and helpful residents that meet annually for business and election of officers, and more frequently for informal events throughout the year.  We encourage you to attend events and get to know your neighbors.  Notification of events can be found in the quarterly newsletter, postings, and/or invitations.  To ensure prompt receipt of newsletters and mailings, please provide us with your contact information, including your email address on the information form found in the attached packet.    Dues are $25.00 per year/per lot, and can be sent in the enclosed self addressed envelope.  Bylaws of the Association and other important information are posted on the website, hwrha.org.  More information regarding the benefits and accomplishments of the Association can be found in the attached packet.

Officers of the HWRHA for 2010-2011 are as follows:

            Jim Brown, President….(931) 967-9472, 931-307-3308

Grace Thompson, Vice President  (931) 962-0237

            Karen Warr, Secretary  (931) 967-3230

            Phil Cannon, Treasurer (931) 962-3011

Howard Bauder, Member at Large (931) 962-4672

Lola Eslick, Member at Large (931) 967-5311

Please note that much effort has been placed in making our subdivision a safe place to live.  There is an informal Neighborhood Watch and many of the neighbors have been trained by the Sheriff’s Department in appropriate handling of suspected break-ins or other illegal activity.  The roads are frequently shared with children playing, and adults exercising, so we ask that drivers consider a slow speed throughout the neighborhood. We follow the State leash law for pets.   The two neighborhood coves have been designated as slow/congested areas and the association has purchased and maintains buoys to remind boaters of this designation.

The HWRHA Welcome Committee has prepared the attached packet of resource information for key contacts, organizations, and events in the Franklin County area.   Please feel free to contact any of the officers or Committee members if you need additional information.

Once again, welcome to Heatherwood/Robinson Hollow.

Sincerely,

Alida Morgan, Chairman
